With all the focus on the new motorsports park at the National Corvette Museum, there hasn’t been a lot of buzz around the sinkhole that once had the world captivated. Now it looks like things will be revving up again around the site as officials begin filling the sinkhole in three weeks.
In the pantheon of astonishing ingredients in the human experience, for me, the new-car smell is a top-ranking player … right up there with a mother’s love and the sensations involved with popping bubble wrap.
As crazy at it seems considering the heat I’ve given some custom C7s, I really, really like this one. In addition to the fact it was used to raise money for the Museum of Contemporary Art in Detroit, I think it’s a pretty cool-looking C7.
A C6 Corvette has trapped yet another person with its electronic doors. Last week, Hemon Haskins of Lynchburg, Virginia decided to climb into a 2007 Corvette at a dealership. Haskins ended up getting locked inside because the car’s battery had died.
