2012 L.A. Auto Show: Volt Powertrain
The Volt became a political lightening rod. But it’s actually a damn good piece of technology which will pay dividends for a generation of vehicles. This wasn’t the first time I’d see this display, but I always check it out, because it reminds me of the idea of swapping bodies’sedan during the week, sports car on the weekend?onto a standard frame, and I’ve always liked that idea.
