AEROMOTIVE ANNOUNCES A LIMITED TIME TRADE-IN OFFER

Lenexa, KS – March 2011 – In recent months we have all heard the unfortunate rumors surrounding Barry Grant Incorporated since their filing of Chapter 11 bankruptcy in late 2009. And, as of February 18, 2011 they ceased operation all together. This is unsettling news for all of us in this industry. Even as competitors, we at Aeromotive are deeply saddened by the hard times this company has fallen upon. We know that the Barry Grant line of products will be sorely missed. “You never wish this on anyone,” said Steve Matusek, President and Founder of Aeromotive. “I have a deep respect for Barry and what he has done for the performance industry. Its unfortunate and it’s a reminder just how fragile things can be sometimes.”

Over the last few weeks, we have received an unusually high volume of
calls from racers and performance enthusiasts inquiring as to whether we
can service their Barry Grant fuel pumps and regulators. Unfortunately,
we do not have the parts or products to do so. We know that this leaves
a lot of racers stranded with products that they cannot service or
repair and it’s a tough situation.

For this reason, starting April 1, 2011 through May 31, 2011 we would
like to extend a limited time offer to any retail consumer the
opportunity to trade in their Barry Grant fuel pumps or regulators and
receive credit towards an Aeromotive replacement. Product credit
consists of $100 off the purchase of an Aeromotive A2000 Fuel Pump with
the return of a BG400-2 Fuel Pump. Credit can also consist of $50 off
the purchase of an Aeromotive 2- or 4-port Pro Stock Regulator with the
return of a BG 4-port PLUS+ / BG 2-Port PLUS+. While this does not solve
the problem, we hope that it helps to ease the burden on the wallet.

Some limitations do apply. Return Goods Authorization (RGA) numbers must
be acquired before sending in your product. RGA’s can be acquired over
the phone or have your RGA number emailed to you by filling out the form
on our website. Your pump or regulator must be returned to Aeromotive
in order to participate and purchases will be by credit card only. Limit
1 product for every 1 returned.
