Cracking those coveted 10s in the new Z06 seems like it’s becoming a trend here at Corvette Forum, and we’re loving it.

For the second time in less than two weeks, we’re getting wind of some pretty amazing track times pulled off by a completely stock 2015 Z06 owned by a Corvette Forum Member .

The first member to do so was BigNastyZ07, which we covered here. This time it’s Spindoctor, who shared the news and the video (below) of his run in a thread titled, “A8 at Beech Bend 10’s Stock on MPSS.” We’re talking 10.70 @ 130.6 mph at Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky on the stock MPSS tires, despite having to deal with 78 degree temperatures and a DA of around 1600.

Spindoctor spread sheet

“I wanted to make some runs early while the temps and DA were better but the track didn’t go live until a couple of hours after the gates opened,” posted Spindoctor. “The first few passes the car spun in first gear. After letting the car cool for a while they glued the track and it hooked. This was the hottest part of the day.”

Needless to say, the accolades are still pouring in on Spindoctor’s thread.

OnPoint – “Very nice. Especially given the DA and temp. Congrats. p.s. yet another headache for the SVT – Mustang – Hellkitty – Viper crowd.”

Tonygxp – ”…congrats on breaking into the 10’s”

Snorman– “Nice run OP. Yet another car well over 130 mph and in less-than-perfect air.”

Shurshot – “Looked like you did a good job on cutting the light.”
