C7 Taillights Will Become a Staple Design Element at Chevy
It looks like some of the hot appeal of the Corvette will be showing up in a few more Chevy vehicles.
GM’s design chief Ed Welburn said some of the design elements of the C7 will be present in the carmaker’s future lineup of vehicles, according to an Automotive News report. In fact, a few of those vehicles appear to be revving up for a debut.
“As Malibu and Cruze and Volt come to market, you’ll be able to see a subtle link between some of the form vocabulary for all of them and Corvette,” Welburn told Automotive News.
That said, look for some elements of the C7’s squared-off taillights and sculpted hood to become a prominent fixture at Chevrolet.
