Corvette Forum Member’s Recent Purchase Raises a Few Eyebrows
I have to admit, I was a little jealous when I first stumbled upon Corvette Forum member Paloalto00’s post here, which reads “FINALLY Found the One” along with these photos.
Now, the Senior Member makes it clear at the onset of the post that he’s referring to the Z that supposedly puts out 800 horsepower, which he plans to take ownership of on New Year’s Eve. It was probably more wishful thinking on my part that I immediately made the connection with the model instead of the car.
Apparently I wasn’t the only one in disbelief, not so much about the model, but more than a few forum members have questioned some of the specs listed for the Corvette, which includes a Ron Davis aluminum radiator, AFR Heads, and AFR valve springs with titanium retainers.
Regardless, I can’t imagine anyone who’d question whether the model is up to standards.
