Check Out This RPM Rollbar on the C7 Z06 Convertible
Are you a massive track day enthusiast that also likes to have a bit more fun in the sun? If that fits you, you might be eyeballing the Z06 convertible, but lots of tracks have stipulations about rollbars, so you may not be able to track your new supercharged darling. In walks RPM with its bolt-in rollbar solution. We’ve been watching this for a while to see just how the rollbar would look and fit, and now we have our answer.
Corvette Forum member Dsharkman posted up a thread that shows he just got one of these fancy new bars installed, and he was kind enough to include a big pile of photos for all of us to ogle. Based on these shots, it does look like there is a fair amount of helmet clearance, and unless you are really tall and move the seat all the way back, you shouldn’t have to worry about banging your lid on the thing.
