Classic Corvette Ad: Superiority Complex

Last week, we posted what’s possibly?hopefully?? the goofiest Corvette ad ever. But there’s nothing goofy about this 1968 C3 spot. Even the age of the 43-year-old paper doesn’t dull the bad-ass aura emanatring off this Rally Red rocket. While the lines were tweaked over its 15-year lifespan, they iconic lines would come to define the General’s halo car for a generation of enthusiasts, and still inspire bystanders to stop and stare.
