Corvette Plant Innovation Takes Spotlight in C7 Video
I’m not sure about you, but I still find myself being very intrigued by the work that went into creating and building the C7 Corvette.
I know it’s been a while now since the latest Corvette model first made its grand debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in 2013. And yet, there’s something still very special about this car, which seems to continue to pique the interest of Corvette fans and non-Corvette fans alike.
Some of it can probably be attributed to the return of the iconic Stingray nameplate. Or the fact that regardless of what you think of the new design, it clearly has ushered in a completely new era for Corvette.
But I’m inclined to think that some of the fascination with the C7 could be that its success has come to represent the progress of American innovation, as highlighted in the video below, which captures just what goes into making the Corvette an American icon.
