Corvette Racing’s Epic Daytona Finish Captured in Short Doc

There’s certainly no Corvettes more deserving of a documentary than these two right now.

Following that epic battle for one and two at the Rolex 24 at Daytona, these pair of C7.Rs have come to represent the epitome of Corvette performance.

The roughly six-minute doc, posted by Pratt & Miller, follows the team’s triumphant return to Daytona in hopes of following up last year’s back-to-back class wins, as reported by Road & Track.

The piece touches on everything that has helped make the event so iconic, including Corvette Racing Team’s preparation for the 24-hour race and speaking to legends like Dan Gurney, Hurley Haywood, and Mario Andretti.

But it’s the final seconds in the documentary — which captures Chevy racing’s Oliver Gavin and Antonio Garcia dueling it out, with Gavin managing to inch ahead for the win — which really make the clip a must-see for Corvette fans.
