Today marks a new digital era for the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patr?n. A completely new ALMS.com is live, taking the ALMS? mantra of ?For the Fans? to another level.
 
The Series? official website, designed and built by McMurry, offers users an unprecedented level of content and new features that will captivate new fans of ALMS and bolster the interest of the core fanbase. User participation, social sharing and content networking are hallmarks of the new ALMS.com.
 
Visitors to the site can create personalized accounts that will allow them to view content that is relevant to their racing and automotive favorites and preferences. ALMS.com community features such as comments, sharing content to Facebook and Twitter, and the ability to post their own photos to the site are sure to enhance the fan experience.
 
The ALMS will include content from independent contributors, key staff and officials, and episodic video channels that will provide in-depth looks at the inner workings of the Series.
 
The raceday experience centers around unprecedented access to teams and drivers. In addition to familiar staples such as Live Timing & Scoring, event Pit Notes and American Le Mans Radio, fans around the world will have access to up to eight in-car cameras for the entirety of the race along with car-to-pits radio communications.
 
Other highlights include:

The 2012 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patr?n begins with the 60th Anniversary Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh from Florida on Saturday on March 17. The race, set for 10:30 a.m. ET, will be broadcast at noon March 18 on ABC and shown live on ESPN3. 
 
The race is available to international audiences on MotorsTV in Europe, Fox Latin America, Rogers Sportnet in Canada, ESPN International, Fox Mideast and on ALMS.com.
