Let Go of Your Hairdo: The Z06 Convertible Bows in New York

There’s something about seeing this thing in its natural state without all that computer-generated crap used to enhance photos.

Then again, maybe it’s just my own personal pet peeve in knowing how computer-enhanced images can make some things look a lot nicer than they are in real life.

Don’t get me wrong, I love all those studio shots General Motors released last week of the new 2015 Convertible Z06. They’ve been creating quite a buzz, but seeing that blue topless Z06 on the stand at the 2014 New York International Auto Show really brings it to life.

Yup, my friends “The Big Nasty” as GM Product Development Chief Mark Reuss calls it, has officially made its debut in the Big Apple. Rest assured, with an output of at least 625 horsepower and 0-60 acceleration in under 3.5 seconds, the world of supercars will never be the same.
