NoviStretch Presents Corvette of the Week: Ashfrj’s ’75 Red Corvette Stingray

When your car stands out in a thread of this caliber, then you know you’ve got yourself one hot ‘Vette.

No offense to everyone else in the glorious masterpiece that is the “new RED Vette thread…post your RED Corvette” C3 General thread, but ashfrj‘s ’75 Stingray really pops. Which is why she’s the NoviStretch Corvette of the Week.

Now, don’t go getting upset about it. The rest of your little red Corvettes are hot enough to win awards too, which is why we featured the whole thread in a different post. But we can’t pick the whole thread for the COTW, so get over it and congratulate ashfri on a prize well-earned.

Also, you should take solace in the fact that the photographer has as much to do with this victory as the car. Not to say a perfect C3 isn’t one of the most stunning models around, but more to say, there’s A LOT of beautiful red C3s in the thread. But as far as I can tell, this is the only one photographed against that stark black background, which brings the ‘Vette in the foreground to even more vivid life, and really seals the COTW win.
