Saint Bernard’s Classic Corvette Giveaway
Last year we had the opportunity to help the Saint Bernard Catholic Church in Southern Indiana get the word out about their annual Corvette fundraiser and we’re pleased to announce the details of their new 2012 Classic Corvette giveaway. The annual raffle is an important fundraiser as it provides much needed funds for the Church’s school and daycare programs in Rockport. So without further ado, this year’s Saint Bernard giveaway is a big block powered 1966 Nassau Blue Corvette convertible.
The 1966 Corvette features a matching numbers 427/425 hp V8 coupled to a 4-speed manual transmission. It has a bevy of sought-after options including an M21 transmission with 3.70 positraction, F41 special heavy duty brakes and knock-off aluminum wheels. Other options include stainless steel brakes, AM/FM radio, hazard warning flasher, seat belts, tinted windshield and Coker classic gold stripe radials.
The Corvette was produced May 11th, 1966 and was delivered new by RM Burritt Motors of Oswego, NY. (dealer code 74 in zone 48) per the official NCRS/GM shipping data records (SDR). Looks, runs, and drives excellent. The Corvette was purchased from our friends at ProTeam Corvette in Napoleon, Ohio in November 2011 and is rated a condition 1 out of 5.
Tickets are available at $30 each or four (4) tickets for $100. Only 10,000 tickets are available and the raffle will also provide cash prizes of $500 and $250 for 2nd and 3rd place. The winning tickets will be drawn at the Summer Social and Classic Car Cruise-In held on Sunday, July 8th. You need not to be present to win, but you must be 18 to participate.
State and federal law prohibit the sale of tickets online. To order, you can call the Corvette Raffle hotline at 812.362.7313, email firstname.lastname@example.org or download the Saint Bernard 2012 Classic Corvette Giveaway raffle order form.
