The Chevrolet Corvette is known for being fast, for looking great, and for representing the best America has to offer when it comes to sports cars. But there’s another side that isn’t talked about nearly as much: safety.

Because it’s such a fun and enticing ride, there are plenty of people who get into trouble behind the wheel. Rear-wheel drive and tons of power tend to do that, sometimes even for the most experienced drivers. And that means crashes. Luckily, the Corvette does a decent job at keeping its occupants safe.
