Nearly 30 years since the Callaway name first met with the Crossed Flags, the company is still going at it. And its latest monster is based on the best Corvette ever created: the 2015 Z06.
While Dale Earnhardt Jr. might have millions of fans, it appears his ’99 Callaway Corvette doesn’t have quite as many backers.
Behold and feast your eyes on the 2014 Callaway Corvette. Set to make its official debut tomorrow at the National Corvette Museum, the modified Stingray features Callaway’s third-generation supercharger system with 620 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque packed into that LT1 V8.
Have you ever wondered what happened to that 1988 Callaway Corvette Sledgehammer that was predicted to go for up to $1 million at a Mecum auction earlier this year?
