I bet there’s no one that’ll be celebrating this Fourth of July weekend more than George Talley, and rightfully so. The GM retiree’s 1979 Corvette was stolen 33 years ago, but Talley was recently reunited with his long-lost friend at General Motors’ world headquarters in Detroit.
Last week George Talley received a call informing him that his 1979 Corvette that was stolen 33 years ago in Detroit had been found in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
How about a 1954 Corvette restoration project? A member on the forum is looking for a buyer who will lovingly restore this classic.
If there’s one thing that really irks me, it’s someone taking something that isn’t theirs, but when that something is a classic Corvette, it really pisses me off.
Best of Shows don’t come easy in the world of Corvettes, but we certainly see why this one took home the grand prize in Monterey, CA.
