C7 Corvette Interior Recognized as one of the Best in the World

I knew the interior of the new Corvette Stingray would be impressive when I first heard General Motors Design Chief, Ed Welburn rave over it before the car’s official debut last year; however, I’m not even sure Welburn imagined the C7’s cockpit would get as much praise as it’s getting now.

Eight-Speed Automatic Transmission Confirmed for 2015 Corvette Stingray

After weeks of circling the rumor mill, General Motors has made it official: the Corvette Stingray will be offered with an eight-speed automatic transmission for 2015. Designed and built by GM in-house, the automaker says the new transmission will deliver world-class shift times that will rival some of the best dual-clutch systems on the market, all while delivering better fuel efficiency.

What’s Chevy up to now with the Corvette?

With a couple of weeks before the New York auto show opens, we’re getting wind that Chevrolet has plans for unveiling a new Corvette at the show. The carmaker apparently will be making three big debuts in the Big Apple for the April 16th event, with one being a new variant of the Corvette.

The 2014 Corvette Stingray driven by Scarlett Johansson who plays the Black Widow in “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”, will likely spark a lot more ‘Vette fans into buying tickets to the film when it hits U.S. theaters this weekend. This is one Scary Stingray

Talk about intimidating. Can you imagine cruising down the highway and suddenly seeing this sitting in the median? I’m betting most would probably start sweating the second they were to see it, even if they weren’t speeding.
