This Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7 Belongs in an Art Museum
The Washington Auto Show is in full swing through the end of the month, and this C7 Stingray is surely one of the highlights.
This isn’t just a C7 Z06. And it isn’t just a Callaway Z06. This is a Callaway Z06 with hot new Forgiato F2.21-ECLs.
At last year’s Texas Invitational, this heavily modified C6 Corvette with twin 88mm turbos, nitrous, and a ton of other aftermarket parts, decided that it no longer wanted to be a car, but rather a bird.
Taking the C3 Corvette and changing a few body lines is pretty easy, thanks to the Vette’s perpetual use of fiberglass for body panels. And as this thread shows, the results are often breathtaking.
This custom C6 has been stylized to resemble a split-window Corvette, while keeping all the modern amenities that make the C6 Corvette so good.
