Custom Z06 Brings the Best Out of Corvette Forum Members
A number of days ago, I asked you guys your opinion on this customized C7, and boy did I get feedback. The Z06’s owner had his judgement called into question, and even my own judgement was questioned for simply asking your thoughts. If the owner of the car ever sees this, let me say that we love that you purchased a Zo6. It’s arguably one of the best performance cars out there. I just think that if your Z06 wasn’t as “loud,” the appeal would reach much further. Anyhow, back to our Corvette Forum members; most of you agreed with me that the satin finish chrome wrap actually sat quite well on the C7’s lines. It was the details that didn’t fit most of our tastes.
When our members chimed in, some of the best most outspoken opinions came out. One member spoke of a presumption that the owner had a matching pair of red and white shoes. One member even said that the two-tone red and white combo on the trim and the wheels is like trying to bring back 1955 styling cues on a new car.
