To Badge or Not to Badge: a C7 Conundrum
Oh man, this one could have turned a lot uglier than it did. Nothing seems to be more divisive in this great land of Corvette Forum than visual modifications and changes. From the black wheel and square taillight issue, to stripes, body kits, and badging, there is always a very strong reaction. In this week’s episode of “Should I Do This Thing?” member matt3310 was looking to add a new badge to his C7 — presumably to let the world know there is a supercharger hiding under that sexy hood — and he wanted to know where to put it. What followed is a discussion of “it looks great here” versus “it all looks awful, throw it in the garbage!”
But, we are nothing here at CF if not fair, so we shall leave it up to a poll. As you can see in the photos below, matt3310 posted up a few badge location possibilities, while a few others members have offered various other ideas. And then there are the anti-badger options as well.
Personally, I think that the spoiler location is the best of the rear-mounted options. But what about you? Let us know in the poll below.
