This Z06 PDR Video Will Have You Yearning for the Open Road

After seeing the PDR videos below, I’m sure the first thing that’s going to come to mind for a lot of people here is: Where in the world did you get a clear stretch of road like that? And can you send me one?

The first of the two videos posted by Corvette Forum member Snorman shows a stock C7 Z06 with the eight-speed automatic hitting 150 in roughly 15 seconds, give or take a few ticks with my fuzzy calculations.

The second video shows the car hitting 157 on the open straightway.

Which is all awesome and good, but I just can’t get over the idea of hammering the Z06 down a completely closed road like that.

Then again, I’d probably be too scared that there’d be police lurking somewhere, just scoping the place out. And I’m sure that would amount to one of hell of a ticket if you get caught.
