Blemishes on Polished Alloy Wheels?

Blemishes on Polished Alloy Wheels?
My polished alloy wheels have these spider web blemishes on them. When you look at them up close, they seem to be beneath surface since you cannot feel the blemish as you wourl a scratch. Has anyone come accross this problem and if so how did you remedy it?

I have seen the topic "blemished wheels" elsewhere on this forum. Perhaps a search would help...
Also, I'm no wordsmith but just exactly what do you mean by "wourl"???
