Default Old rendering of a c7 with 'Camaro' tail lights?

I think I could live with this stern and those tail lights after all..

Completely subjective I'm sure.

. . . Is there an easy way to remove vomit from a keyboard?

Looks better than all other sketches I have seen of square taillights on C7 if that is a positive.

A perfect example of "damning with faint praise" . . .

Taking it as an exaggerated illustration and not a to-scale representation...

...you know what? It's better if I don't say anything.

^^ what I was getting at, I am fond of the round lights myself but I do like this look more than the drawings I've seen thus far.
Minus the indent on the front fender and door.

Well guys I am trying to be as positive as I can be while not lying. It is not that I am opposed to change but when the change is not what I like, then of course I am not excited about it. My biggest hope is GM makes an awesome C7 that is beyond anything I have seen.

There are some elements of the Transformer car & the stream of sketches we have seen that have some elements of promise but they are disappointing to me overall. Some, more positive then I feel GM will pull the rabbit out of the hat by making an awesome C7 & they may be right.

Let me say that when I look at cars like a Ford GT40 I see a timeless classic design. I am not trying to bash GM & think that many of the Corvette generations have been great. It is not just GM, Ferrari, known for sexy sports cars has recently made some models that are less than spectacular in my opinion. I believe the Ferrari California appears awkward from many angles.

My fear is due to cost restraints, if GM does not get the Corvette design right, it make be 5-10 years before they can afford to correct it. If the design is really off, it could be prime for being on the cutting block.

The same guy who drew this thing totally hates the C&D C7. He even has a poll on that on his blog. I wonder if he likes his drawing, or if it's just the result of a nightmarish premonition.

AMEN Zland. I agree 100%. If the new C6.4 fails to delight with updated styling and drivetrain technology like several of it's new competitors, it should be on the cuttingblock.
I do like the rendering posted by Aozora.

I have met many of the top Corvette people since 2004 from engineers, plant managers, plant workers to designers and even marketing and traffic (shipping) as many other CF members have Done as well.

I have never met any other more qualified, dedicated and passionate Americans in any other industry that is any more capable to pull off giving us a great new C7 Corvette even if it not a completely and totally new platform.

Have faith Corvette Forum brothers and sisters, I do!

No, once it gets down in between the keys it's over.

I am still trying to clean mine after I first saw Jalopynik's rendering of the supposed C7 rear end.

Keyboard geeks swear that you can put old IBM keyboards in the dishwasher.

Other keyboards too, apparently:

Of course there's no way to get the hyperbole out...
