Holy crap...that's REAL!
This isn't some stupid "buy it now" price...there are 12 bids on them, they started at $25, and there were several $50 bumps in the bidding war.
I second Mr. Jim2527's comment. I'd hate the thought of paying all this money just because I HAD to for my car to make the judging.

Really???????????
G'day,
I had a look and enlarged the image. It shows at least two rather substantial nicks in the outer flange of the head that indicate that they have been pretty well knocked around during their lifetime. If he did take them off an original car, then they have either been on and off several times before he got to it or they have been lying around in the bottom of a tool box or similar for many years since.
They have not been well looked after and I'm sure that there are ones out there in better condition.
Regards from Down Under.

I'm pretty sure that he's had those bolts on ebay, a number of times over the last year.

Dang I'll be damned if those two bolts aren't missing from my 68 tripower air cleaner... I might have them still though in some boxes that came with the car. I'll be looking tonight for sure

So if I part out my car bolt by bolt, I can safely say there must be 64 MILLION bucks in my garage!

Those bolts are correct for 67s. I believe the 68s had an A headmark and the 69s had an LF headmark. I have seen real FP bolts go for 750 so this is nothing new. Real ones are tough to find and some have tried to reproduce them recently. The ones on Ebay appear to be real.
