It's been fun, but time to say so long ...
I just want to tell everyone that it was great hanging out here for the last three years. This place has not only been a wealth of knowledge, but also a lot of fun.
I've loved my 2009 ZO6 from the day it was delivered, and I still loved it when the new owner drove off with her, but it was time for me to move on. I just wanted to let everyone here know that I truly enjoyed your company.
My new car is something I'd been waiting many years for; the 991 project seemed doomed at first, but Porsche finally pulled it off. The seventh generation 911 is now a reality, and it's 90% different from its predecessor.
I went for all the performance options, including the X51 package and the seven-speed manual transmission, which has rev-matching capabilities. The car is nuts!

Probably the best cars to move on to after a Z in my opinion. Beautiful car, congrats. I've been thinking of unloading my Z for a Turbo soon, I have always loved the way the drive, and just how nice they are in general. Plus it has a back seat to sell the wifey on it easier!

Very nice! Love that duck tail spoiler.
Before getting the Z I was looking closely at 996 GT3s. Decided I wanted the big displacement V8 and I went with the Z instead.
Owning a 911 is on my automotive bucket list for sure and the 991 could be in my future one day.
Congrats.

Beautiful... Ive driven quite a few 911 models over the last 5 years and have to say they are fantastic, definitely know that some of their big money goes into suspension and trans!
