Default Blasted/Painted Crossfire Air Cleaner Cover (PICS)

I finished sandblasting my air cleaner cover today... here's a few shots after the first 2 coats on the top side. The paint is Duplicolor High Heat Aluminum Engine Enamel. The stock black was really starting to look nasty.

LQQKing good! Having this cleaned up will really dress the engine up, especially since it dominates the engine compartment in an 82.

I'm going to do the top bolts in blue, so it matches my wires and valve cover T-handles.

Jeremy, I'm not to sure if the T-Bolts will work. The top bolts might hit the manifold. And they won't work where the A/C goes I don't beleive (didn't on mine when I had A/C) but, I'll see...If anything, I can try to make something work.

They work on mine Aaron. I have the type that you can remove the heads on. Make taking off the covers real easy, even when hot. :yesnod:

Makes you feel good when something turns out as nice. Nice color combo on the car. I like it.

I looked at a car exactly like that about two years ago. The car had been outdoors for a while and had acorns in the wiper troph and the mice had built a nest in the breather. I declined.
