Default HVAC Issue

My HVAC is blowing hot air on the passenger side when the air conditioner is on. I reset the code and it lasts about a week, then it happens again for not reason. It was working fine, we parked and had lunch and when we returned same problem. What can be done to eliminate this issue. It is very uncomfortable.

Thanks

Yes, it is dual control. And they were not touched from the current settings.
