Default Aux input for '04 stock HU

I've replaced all my speakers with Boston Acoustics, installed a JL Audio Stealthbox, and powered it all with a 700.5 Kicker Amp. It sounds AWESOME. My success has come from the info in this forum!

All I need now is a way to hook up my IPOD without using a cheesy FM Modulator. I found on this forum the pre-amp wires that I needed to tap in order to hookup my amp, so I'm hoping one of you guys know of a way to wire up an Aux input into this HU? I have the stock Delco/Bose CD HU.

I want to be able to plug into the headphone jack on the IPOD. HELP!!!

check out pac-audio's ipod2car or auxpod. also, if you have a cd changer you can put a relay inline of that harness and have a cheap aux input.

Default truly cheap solution!

If you have a CD Changer and a soldering iron...

$10 in parts from Radio Shack and a short evening spent in the passenger footwell. This solution even maintains the use of the CD Changer.

Does anyone know if that GM adapter works with the *2005* Corvette??

The product specs state it works through 2004... but does the 2005 share the same electrical pin-out?

Thanks guys, I'll go ahead and order an adaptor.

Where is the CD Changer cable that I plug this into?

that unit is for a c5, i don't think they have developed a version for the c6 yet but check with pac-audio or the other aux input vendors to double check
