Default 1990 vette harness

hey guys i pulled out my old bose system from my 1990 and i was wondering what harness i need to plug in my aftermarket pionner into.

The bose hookups in the car seem to have 2 separate prongs. The 88and up GM wiring harness doesn't seem like it fits. Where can i buy the wiring harness? any links? thanks. it wasn't too clear in the faq.

Default Aftermarket Installation

Assuming you want to use the existing Bose speakers and amp and just replacie the head unit, you need a special amp intergration adapter. It's available from www.crutchfield.com and other vendors.

If you're going with all new equipment, you're going to need to bypass the stock Bose amp, which I think is located in the passenger side das. The harness you need is actually plugged into the stock amp.

Read the C4 Stereo Sticky for all the details.
