Speaker Locations?
I have a 90 coupe. I want to install a couple 6x9's and two 10's. Where can I put them and do I need to build a box for the 10's?

I ahve 6x9's in my rear bin. With ONE ten, I can't really hear them. I dont know if theyd be of any use to you with TWO tens.

If you haven't bought them yet, you might want to consider 6 1/2" speakers for the rear instead of 6x9. The 6 1/2 would be devoted to mid and highs only. Much of the power going into a 6x9 is used to make bass. Since you have bass with the 10s, it would just be a waste of power.
You will have to make or buy a premade box if you want to correctly use your 10s. What models or brand do you have? Or if you don't have any yet, what are you looking at?

I only have the CD player and the amp right now. I didn't want to buy any speakers until I figure out what I can fit in the car without making it look like crap. What kind of 10's would you all recommend? I have a 150 watt amp I am going to use for them. Thanks. :smash:

How much do you want to spend for the rest of what you need and which brand and models of Deck and amp do you have? What types of music do you listen to?
