Mattie Num Nums

Hey guys and gals. I bought a Double D Mod package last December and am now getting to install it but I was thinking it was plug and play. Its not quite. I have a bunch of harnesses and a little box. I was wondering if someone would be able to give me some pointers on what to do here. I would really appreciate it!!!

Also I am assuming I need to ditch the old radio cage and AC cage with either a drill or some sheers?
