Default Pac aoem-vet-1

Hello All....I just installed a new Pioneer X560BT into my 2000 corvette convertible. I also replaced the rear 5.25 bose speakers with good coax speakers. I also replaced the front 3.5 with good coax speakers. I left the bose door woofer and system intact. I have notice that the rear speakers are very low in audio output compared to the front. Anyone have any info on this?? The rear adjustments on the pac adaptor has no affect on the rear speakers. Any way of getting the rears to play louder?? Thanks....

Another thing that I just noticed was that the fader control on the radio does not work, meaning that I cannot fade front to rear. But the rear speakers are playing, low but playing. Any help please...

You could bypass the interface adapter.

Connect the rear speaker outouts from the radio to the wires going into pins 17,18,19,20 of plug C2 (splice into the wires on the new harness side to keep oem wires intact).

That would give HU full control of rears and eliminate any signal mods that the interface does.

Check out post #9 of the C5 sticky for oem radio prints
