Installing a Rear Camera in a C6 just got A LOT EASIER!
Already have an aftermarket radio and want to install a camera but didnt want to have to run the wiring for it through the car?
Or
Want to install a new aftermarket radio and looking to install a rear camera?
NOW ITS SUPER EASY!!
With the new
TE-TXRX
WIRELESS VIDEO TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER
You will not have to run any wires to the back of the car to install a rear camera!
The TE-TXRX transmitter will require power and ground at rear of the car and then again at the front with connections to the camera video output and the video input or camera input on the back of the radio.
With use of the correct harness for your car which also contains the reverse trigger wire you will not have to run any wiring through your C6 at all!!
This will work on any car but the C6 at this time is the only Corvette to have the reverse trigger source available in the radio harness.
The C5 C4 ect will require you to run the normally purple reverse wire to your reverse light positive to trigger the camera to switch.
We just placed an order for these at SEMA and will have them shortly.
Any and all cameras we have will work
