Bose Tweeter replacement suggestions?
Looking at fixing a blown tweeter in the passenger door and found a few on ebay, but then looked at crutchfield and found that new tweeters that 'fit' our application are just as inexpensive.
Not my expertise, by any means, so looking for some help on deciding between these 4 choices:

Any help in narrowing this would be MUCH appreciated!
Thanks

Have you called Dennis at DD Mods. He will tell you what fits as a direct replacement. He also has kits to replace your stock speakers that are complete direct fit. I might do that myself after I get my new Kenwood all set up that I bought from him. It's definitely worth the call, his prices are also the best, along with his knowledge.

Any 3.5" 2-way 4ohm speaker will work just fine.
If you don't want to splice the oem wires get a set of Metra 72-4568 adapters.
I wouldn't get a $15 set of speakers at Wal-Mart, but anything over $50 is a waste IMO.
Several good choices HERE

The Passenger side tweeter is buzzing and it drives me nuts! Especially when i'm on a phone call - it really hates that frequency range. Fun, Joy, another project

I'm certainly no expert either. I paid good money to have others do my system. I'm pretty sure though the 3.5's in the C6 are just tweeters(twiddlers actually). I don't think they have woofers and tweets ( coax)as the ones you posted have. I might be mistaken though.

The oem 'tweeters' are just a paper single-cone 3.5" speaker.
The aftermarket 2-ways are essentially their equivalent PLUS an actual tweeter, so they'll have cleaner highs.
Short of installing an aftermarket amp and component speakers, best option for OP is to just replace the 3.5's with a set of $30 2-ways
