2005 Bose system speakers
Then car left speaker 3.5 is not working and the same door Sub-woofer sounds low and pretty bad. I Replaced the radio unit for an aftermarket but it still the same. I removed the center speaker and tested it on the left side and still no sound. When I open the door to get in the car there is a short static sound. I checked the dealer background of the car at warranty and the left side speaker was replaced two times. Its a 2005 btw. The overall sound of all speakers is not very good, but I dont know how it supposed to sound. The 10" sub-woofer also amplify the 3.5"?

It could be the wires going from amp to speaker are broken in the accordian gizmo going into the door.
Try playing radio with door open, loosen accordian cover and tug/bend wires to see if sound comes/goes. If yes, broken wire(s) can be fixed.
