So I have a customer with a 2015 C7, we knew going into this, that there were noise cancelling microphones or some sort of noise cancellation system in the car. We've now built a beautiful carbon fiber sub box & amp rack. Upon firing it up, we get a popping noise through the subs. We pulled the audio signal off the oem sub for the amp. We also notice that if the doors or hatch are open we have no problem. Is there anybody that can help us. We also have an amazing transmission line enclosure design we're happy to share if we can slove this issue. (no sense in sharing it if it's un listenable due to the noise.) Any help would be incredibly appreciated.

In the Silverados with the Bose system, the answer was to unplug the microphone(s). You lose the noise cancellation, but that's to be expected.
