Default What's the difference between PAC OS-2 and Metra GMOS-04?

I have had a Kenwood DDX470 in my 2008 non-bose car wired with a PAC OS-2 for few years now. Have just bought a Pioneer Appradio 4 head unit and crutchfield tells me that I need to use a Metra GMOS-04 harness with it. Do I actually need to get a new harness or can I continue to use the OS-2?

I do not currently have nor need any kind of onstar functionality or door chimes. Thanks for the help

Use the one you have...Crutchfield always recommends the gmos but the Pac is better and main option we sell with our app package
