Just sharing some pics of my full install
Sorry guys, this isn't a how to. Just wanted to share some pics for anyone interested. This was a full install with a double DIN HU and backup camera installed wired to the reverse light. Everything was actually pretty straight forward. I used the PAC adapter, followed the directions, soldered and heat shrunk everything, and surprisingly, it all worked the first time. The HU in Kenwood along with the 5-channel amp. The sub is a single MTX 10" I bought purely because it matched the black on red theme of the car but it sounds amazing. The box was built by NetAudio.com without having the car, sub, or amp itself. It came out great! there are red LED's the light the sub and amp at night and looks great. It come on automatically with the car but has a concealed switch to turn it off. Its not distracting at night either. The speakers are alpine type-S that I will probably upgrade before long. I bought the 6.5" - 10" adapter online and built the tweeter adapters myself with some spare fiber glass and resin. I laid the fatmat sound deadener just about anywhere I could. I also ran all new wires for all the speakers. I did not have to cut a single factory wire or cut any holes in the car to run everything. If you look hard enough you will find factory rubber grommets you can poke holes in that seal up with the wires ran through. the factory amp is still in place and I can return to stock if ever desired which it won't be Hope you enjoy the pics and thanks for the help during the install from other CF posts.

Last set. I forgot to mention, I added the corvette background on the HU, also very simple with directions off the internet. And I painted the radio bezel carbon flash myself. Took a week taking my time but came out great, matches the car better and now I don't have that cheap light grey plastic look.

The Alpine Type S components I used don't use crossovers. They have bass blockers attached to the midrange basket that the tweeters wire up to. I'm swapping them out for some JL Audios in the next couple days though that do have crossovers so I'll need to find a location. I'll take pics and share.
