Default is there such a thing as a usb to aux cable?

Every radio install shop says there isn't. I want to plug a cord from the usb in the car on one end into the aux connection on the thing I want to use on the other end..

Just because the plugs look right doesn't mean the signals are compatible.

What kind of radio is it and what is "the thing" you want to use?

OH,didn't know that.I'm trying to plug an aux into my portable sirius radio so It plays thru the kenwood stereo that doesn't have a front aux jack. There's a usb cable coming out of the back of the radio.Want to plug into that and the zux so i don't have to pay somebody to tear the radio out again etc etc.. This, coming out the back of the radio thru the glove box..

Isn't there some kind of interface box available that would be powered by the usb and could take in the stereo audio on an 1/8th inch mini jack and convert it to something the usb input of the radio could handle?

I know these exist in the pro audio world but may be overkill for car audio.

There are many usb audio interfaces available for computers, but the average car HU isn't capable of installing the needed drivers and converting the input back to audio.
