Default Can I squeeze these speakers into C6 doors?

Does anybody know off hand if a can I squeeze a 6.5 midbass and 4" mid into the bottom of a 2008 C6 door? Figured I would ask before pulling the door panel. Thanks.

I did

You'll have to make a custom plate and overlap them a bit, but they will fit. I used 1/2" MDF and a Dremel circle cutter attachment gizmo. The 6.5" is flush mounted and the 4" is recessed 1/4".

Speaker & system details in my sig.

I put an 8" in the lower location, and a 4" 2 way in the upper location. didn't want my mid range that low on the door.

that's the ticket...or a nice 3-3.5" mid up top. easy fit with the right brand. I like Illusion Audio. I have 8s in my doors. Use a foam baffle or something behind the midrange...you don't want the back waves playing through both drivers. It will sound much better divided.

Guess I didn't really want to hear the answers
I have templates made for mock up with the 6.5 and 4" in the woofer opening. Imagine a line from the stock midrange to the lower front of the door. I will have the tweet in the stock mid location then my 4" mid, and the 6.5 in the lower front of the door. I will have to trim some plastic in the door but it won't seen or affect anything. I will try to baffle the mid from the woofer.
If I'm not happy I will definitely use your ideas. Thanks!

Default mocked up

Got it set in there to see what it looks like through the grill. I just want to move the mid 1/4" forward. Off to work and then back at it tonight
