Best bang-for-buck is a 4-channel amp with ch 1&2 to front 6.5" components and ch 3&4 bridged to a sub in trunk. You can leave rears powered from stock amp/speakers for some fill.

Figure out your budget and call Dennis at DoubleDmods.com

I have a 08 coupe and I went with a Pioneer Z120 all new speakers and a Kenwood small frame amp. No sub as I need no feel I needed it. Got it all from Dennis. As Mark said Go with DoubleD Mods best price and service any where.

Based on your OP that's the LAST thing you should do.

Your issue is with clarity and bass, which is 100% amp/speakers

Corner sub/box ~$400

Bridgeable 4-channel amp w/75-100wRMS per channel $200-400, or go 5-channel for just a bit more

Rear coaxial speakers (if 5-ch amp) ~$100

Front components, at least $200, but spend what you can afford

Just make sure the amp/speaker/sub ratings all work well together and it will sound great
