Default Recommend a 5 channel amp
Ended up buying an Arc Audio XDI805. I'm not doing any of the work till over the winter so it'll collect dust for a bit

You should be able to find Kenwood XR-5S or XR-9005 for under $300 used

If all you have is fronts + sub you can use a bridged 4-channel amp also

I have the Xr900/5 instock and can provide a warranty unlike the Amazon link....

The Arc Audio XDi 5 and 6 channel are less money than the HD JL and better as well...

I would go with Denis's recommendation, when I upgrade that's where my money is going

Don't get a JL HD amp, it knocks out your fm reception.
