Trying to locate an issue. The left front Bose 10" sub is not working. All other speakers including the twiddler in the left door is working.
I know the speaker is not the issue as it works when I try it on the other side.
Any ideas where to look next? Could it be the Bose amp in the passenger footwell?

Found the problem. It was a loose wire. All is good now.

Where was the loose wire (behind the radio, in the door, etc)?

It was the black ground wire for the amp in the door/dash connector. It came out of the harness connector where it connects the harness from the door to the dash.
