Default 1989 Bose stereo troubleshooting

I have been searching for a while now for any wiring diagrams for this "wonderful" stereo in an 89. I had to replace the entire speaker and amp setup on it and I think I have something wired wrong. The 2 front speakers sound great, but the rear ones not so much, it doesn't have the bass to it as it should. The 4 wires coming off the amp are black, orange, blue and brown and the ones in the cars harness are 4 different colors. Red, black, yellow and something else, I cant remember off hand. If someone can tell me what wire does what coming off the car and coming off the amp it would be greatly appreciated.
