Default Q:2009 C6 Factory NAV XM - Install Bazooka Tube?

I have a 2009 C6 Corvette 4LT with the Factory NAV/XM and it has my "Lifetime" XM subscription so I am going to keep the factory system -

So the question is:

How can I install/hook-up my BTA8100 BAZOOKA Tube (100 Watt Powered Bass Tube) into the factory system?

I do have the install wire harness for the Bazooka tube as well - (Note: I did have this in my C5 when I had it but it was installed to a Kenwood Double Din HU)

Any and all help would be great - let me know if you need any additional information

Thanks,Matt

I would personally catch the signal at the factory amp and install a SNI-35 and a LC-1.

SNI-35 to convert the signal to rca's.
LC-1 for volume control.
Power directly to the battery, find a solid ground.

Have fun!!

Okay -

This sounds good - However - I am going to need a little guidence:

(1) SNI-35 -
Amazon.com : PAC SNI-35 Variable LOC Line Out Converter : Power Converters : Car Electronics Amazon.com : PAC SNI-35 Variable LOC Line Out Converter : Power Converters : Car Electronics
- Correct?

(2) PAC LC-1
Amazon.com : PAC LC-1 Remote Amplifier Level Controller : Vehicle Audio Video Remote Controls : Car Electronics Amazon.com : PAC LC-1 Remote Amplifier Level Controller : Vehicle Audio Video Remote Controls : Car Electronics
Correct? I assume it will go between the SNI-35 and the Bazooka Tube

(3) How do I catch the signal at the factory amp and install a SNI-35? Before or after the factory AMP? This is where I will need the help - Locating the AMP and installing the SNI-35

Diagram?

Thanks,Matt

The full spectrum audio signal is not present at the speaker outputs from the oem amp. The only place to get all of the bass signal from a C6 stock setup is at the rear of the HU.

This thread details how to make an adapter for under $20. Run RCA's from the adapter to the tube and you're all set.
