The c5 doesn't natively fit a double din, it needs to be modified.
Dennis @ Double D mods is a forum sponsor and has a deal where he takes your center console and modifies it for a double din. He can also sell you the radio pre-wired to install.

Dennis is a great guy and should be able to help you with what ever you need including helping you pick out a replacement head unit, adapters, etc.
