Just purchased a 40th anniversary last winter and it needs total stereo redo as cdm/tuner is dead and I don't know how many speaker amps actually work so I'm redoing the whole system and I need some HU and speaker ideas with sizes. Also need to know if I need any special hookups so I don't get system blinking light. I really appreciate the help and ideas. Thanks.

If you have Auto AC control you will possibly not need the mod for the harness..

As for a system.. what are you looking for in a system?

OEM headunit is a double din. I have had several iterations in 2 different C4s.. tell us how far you want to go and it will help us help you

So you can do a nice set of components in the front.. maybe a 5.25 and a tweeter

rear I would suggest a 8" sub in the stock locations. then an amp or two for speakers..
