Default DNX692 - Audio Issues

Hi guys, this one has me and Dennis stumped.I have a DNX692 in a 2000 vert with the stock speakers.

When streaming audio through I-Phone6s (via Bluetooth) or using CD player, the unit is not sending lower frequencies to the door speakers it seems that only the tweeter works. However when using HD radio the lower frequencies are sent to the door speakers.

I have been through the audio setting several times, even reset the unit. Has anyone come across anything like this with a 692 or any other DNX model?

Thanks in advance.

Quite possibly are you connected to a power antenna wire only instead of the amp turn wire? I know some radios pull power from that wire when a source is used other than the radio and causes antenna to retract

The antenna does retract when I switch the source from HD radio to Pandora or CD.

But are you using that same wire to power the OEM Bose amp?

I am using the ROMVette Harness. Not sure which wire you are referring too?

1Func5, thanks for the lead. After speaking to Dennis ( a couple of times ) we figured out the wiring you referred to. Of course I screwed it up the first time. But all is well now.
