C6 Bose issue
I think it's coincidental and not the cause but after I installed a custom tune with an Intune, my stereo started acting up. There is sound coming through the speakers but its really faint and if I turn the volume up, large amounts of static (almost like a popping sound) appears from all speakers. The door chime is really faint as well. I tried FM, AM, and a CD and they all sound the same. Any ideas what it could be?

Try adjusting the fade/balance so only one corner is playing at a time.
Do the door subs (or any other) have a louder output that the rest of the speakers?

I should also mention the radio works. At very low volume, the stations come in clearly. There is just no or poor amplification. So I'm assuming I answered my own question and replace the amp.

Odds are it's the amp, but it could also be the radio, or maybe even just a loose plug or broken wire.
Try the amp first, but I'd go with a used one. Many take-offs here on the forum, you may even find one for free or just the cost of shipping. Just make sure you get one from a 7-speaker Bose car. I believe any Bose amp from '05 to '09 will definitely work, not sure of when in '10 they went to the 9-speaker setup so you'd have to ask original owner.

I drove the car this morning and now I hear static through the speakers even with the stereo unit turned off! Does this shed any further light to the problem?

With the car running, even with the stereo turned off it will still energize the amp in case a warning chime is needed, so that makes it sound like the amp is the bad part.

I'm getting some conflicting information on the online GM parts websites. I pulled my amp last night and it was part number 15270621. I believe that part was changed to 15903398. I'm also seeing part 15903397, however believe this is the convertible however some sites show 397 as being for 2005-2006 and 398 for 2007-2009. My current part number for a 2006 Coupe with Bose system is 15903398, correct?

Any take-off from a 7-speaker Bose system should work fine. I have no idea on part numbers.
Unfortunately for you, most people just leave the stock amp in the car when they upgrade, so there aren't as many available as you might think.

According to the service sheet, they recommend replacing front door speakers due to high level of feedback or something. However, to me that doesn't explain why each and every speaker produces the same static when adjusting the fade and balance. I'm going to go back to where this started. Is there anything that could have happened during the flashing of my ECM with the Diablo tuner?

The technicians report states diagnosed and found excessive feedback internal to the front speakers recommend replacement of front door speakers.
